Schedule

1st and 3rd flex shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM on days, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM on nights. Includes every other weekend.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

The following credentials are necessary for this position:

• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required for onboarding.

• Hepatitis B Vaccination: Required for onboarding.
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): Required for onboarding.
• Varicella Vaccination: Required for onboarding.
• Physical/Health Statement: Required for onboarding.
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen: Required for onboarding.
• License/Certificate Verification: Required for onboarding.
