Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you will be expected to:

• Greet every guest with a smile and welcoming attitude

• Create and maintain eye contact while interacting with guests

• Build positive connections with guests and provide excellent customer service

• Support and demonstrate the vision and values of the restaurant

• Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and fellow Team Members

• Work together with the team to provide a positive guest experience

• Multitask quickly and thoroughly

• Prepare and serve products according to established quality standards

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant

• Complete assigned duties accurately and efficiently

• Assist with additional restaurant responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

Applicants should:

• Be at least 16 years of age

• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

• Be able to communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

• Be able to stand and work on their feet for several hours at a time

• Be able to lift and carry approximately 10–55 lbs. when necessary

• Have reliable transportation to and from work

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent when applicable based on age

Prior restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train individuals who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
