Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Multi-Site Car Wash Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations across multiple car wash locations. This dynamic role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness standards, and driving operational excellence. As a key leader, you will motivate teams, optimize processes, and uphold safety protocols to deliver a top-tier car wash experience at every site. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities across multiple car wash locations, ensuring smooth operations at each site.

• Drive sales and growth at each site

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to foster a productive team environment.

• Conduct regular inspections of all sites to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

• Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

• Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly with a positive attitude while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements

• Proven supervising or management experience in car wash industry with emphasis on driving sales and site growth

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members across multiple locations

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
