Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 5 years of experience in a structured environment working on systems, applications, programming, development, testing, implementation, and deployment.
• We require at least 10 years of strong hands-on expertise with C#, .NET Framework 4.5+, and T-SQL.
• We require at least 5 years of development experience with .NET Core, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Entity Framework.
• We prefer UI development experience with Angular (latest), React, CSS 3+, HTML 4+, and TypeScript.
• We expect experience with a structured software development lifecycle.
• We prefer practical knowledge of Agile principles and the ability to lead SCRUM ceremonies.
• We require experience with cloud development, with Azure preferred.
• We expect proficiency using tools for code management, unit testing, integration testing, version control, and prototyping.
• Mortgage origination industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience and working knowledge of AI technologies such as RAG, graph-based systems, and LLMs are preferred.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• We develop, enhance, design, program, test, implement, and deploy software applications using appropriate documentation, processes, and quality standards.
• We collaborate with clients, IT teams, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders to gather user requirements, evaluate technologies, and recommend or deliver technical solutions.
• We ensure coding accuracy, produce technical documentation, and use software configuration, version control, and quality management practices.
• We work with project participants to improve productivity, effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• We provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.
• We work independently with minimal supervision and use sound judgment to achieve results.
• We consult with senior management and may serve as a project technology lead or functional specialist.
• We handle significant or unique issues by analyzing complex data and evaluating intangible factors.
• We independently investigate and troubleshoot complex system issues to determine root cause and resolution.
• We share information appropriately and handle confidential matters with discretion.
• We take on special projects as assigned.
