Our facility is accredited by Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator is responsible for all patient care in the procedure room and working with the physician to deliver a successful procedure and outcome for the patient. Duties include managing procedure room(s) to ensure the rooms are prepped and ready for patients, including room turnovers, stocking supplies, cleaning, safely monitors and documents care of patients in accordance with policy and procedure and guidelines of care; supports and assists the physicians with care of the patient throughout the procedure.Monday-Friday daytime work scheduleNO call requiredNO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hoursRequired SkillsGraduate of an accredited school of professional NursingCurrent Oregon License as a Registered NurseCurrent BLS, ACLS, and PALS accredited by AHA required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire2+ years of experience as an Operating Room RN.Experience in basic and advanced procedures and IV sedation experience preferredExperience with medical outpatient procedures desiredPossess the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilitiesPossess the ability to deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and employeesKnowledgeable of hospital/ASC policies and procedures specific to the procedure roomDemonstrates professional behavior/conduct in all interactions with Patients, Physicians & fellow Team membersEfficient use of resourcesWillingness to maintain a clean, organized environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWe are part of a much larger team with United Surgical Partners International (USPI).
