SAP Principal Analyst - R2R

Role Overview The SAP Principal Analyst reports to SAP Manager – Record to Record within LyondellBasell’s (LYB) ERP Modernization. This is a mid-career role responsible for technology innovation, implementing best in class solutions and ensuring stable operation in the Finance domain. What You Will Do Design, build, test and deploy end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements, and industry and LYB standards. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions. Why It Might Be a Fit The candidate should have a proven record of leading and working in global multi-cultural teams, creating, scaling and operating enterprise Finance solutions in SAP ERP and integrated applications, implementing S/4, and managing SAP operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Engineering, or other related discipline Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP functional design, with a deep focus on the SAP Financials suite End-to-end implementations on SAP S/4 and multi-country rollouts Deep expertise in end-to-end R2R processes, such as journal entry management, account reconciliation, period-end close, consolidation and reporting, material ledger and others Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA. Certification is S/4HANA is necessary Knowledge of SAP architecture, market trends, operations and business drivers Ability to propose and present a convincing business case and product roadmap to senior leaders Minimum 5 years of experience in managing operations of a portfolio of SAP solutions and connected applications, in partnership with an external party Experience of managing SAP projects is preferable Experience managing ITIL-based support (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) using tools like ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager and ALM Experience in collaborating with global teams across time zones Languages: English, additional language preferred Benefits Health & Welfare | LyondellBasell #J-18808-Ljbffr LyondellBasell
