Travel Cardiac Care Unit RN

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Cardiac Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment. This position is essential for providing high-quality cardiac care in a dynamic environment.

Job Overview

The Travel Cardiac Care Unit RN will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care and monitoring patients' conditions.
• Administering medications and managing intravenous (IV) therapies.
• Performing assessments and interventions related to cardiac care.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educating patients and families on heart health and care processes.

Job Details

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• Floating: Required between ICU, PCU, and CCU

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in cardiac care.
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proficiency in ventilator management and medication drips.
• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system.

Location

This position is located in East Georgia.
