As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle.

Position Summary

The Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact through delivery and follow-up. Successful candidates are enthusiastic, professional, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Build relationships and identify customer needs through effective communication
• Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology through walkarounds and test drives
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
• Present financing, leasing, and protection product options
• Follow up with prospects, previous customers, and referrals
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer communication
• Maintain product knowledge on Chevrolet vehicles and competitive models
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to dealership success
• Deliver a world-class customer experience before, during, and after the sale
• Participate in dealership training, sales meetings, and marketing events

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience (automotive, retail, hospitality, or customer service)
• Experience using CRM systems
• Bilingual skills are a plus
