BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Bloomsburg, PA Nursing/Pediatric Home Care office. This role would be a mix of working directly with clients in the home as well as leading clinical staff.

Responsibilities for a Clinical RN Manager:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our Adult/Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Bloomsbury, PA and surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise clinical staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical RN Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of hands on experience.
• 1 year of RN experience will be considered for a Clinical Associate position.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience or a willingness to learn.
