Job Description

We are actively seeking reliable, professional, and experienced Cargo Van and Sprinter Van Owner-Operators to support our expanding same-day delivery operations in Carlstadt, New Jersey, and surrounding areas.

This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors who own their own commercial delivery vehicles and are seeking consistent routes, competitive compensation, and the potential to establish a long-term business relationship.

Selected contractors will be responsible for completing local Walmart same-day package deliveries using their own vehicles.

While this opportunity begins during the holiday peak season, our goal is to establish lasting partnerships with dependable owner-operators who are interested in continued opportunities and professional growth beyond the initial contract period.

Compensation & Schedule

• Daily Compensation: $250 per completed route
• Weekly Earning Potential: Up to $1,750 based on seven completed routes
• Payment Schedule: Weekly payments following an initial two-week payment lag
• Average Route Duration: Approximately 4–9hours daily
• Route Volume: Approximately 40–80 packages per day
• Schedule: Routes available seven days per week
• Delivery Area: Carlstadt, NJ and surrounding communities
• Initial Contract Period: November 12, 2026 – January 2, 2027

Vehicle Requirements

Applicants must provide their own qualifying vehicle.

Preferred vehicles include:

• Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans
• Ford Transit Cargo Vans
• Ram ProMaster Cargo Vans
• Other Full-Size Cargo Vans

Vehicles must have sufficient cargo capacity to safely transport approximately 40–80 packages, including oversized items such as flat-screen televisions.

Priority consideration will be given to qualified Sprinter Van and Cargo Van Owner-Operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned same-day delivery routes efficiently and professionally.
• Pick up and scan packages at designated pickup locations.
• Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers.
• Utilize the designated delivery application for navigation, package scanning, and delivery confirmation.
• Maintain accurate delivery records.
• Communicate promptly regarding delivery exceptions or operational concerns.
• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ownership or authorized use of a qualifying delivery vehicle.
• Current vehicle registration and appropriate automobile insurance.
• Reliable smartphone with GPS capabilities.
• Ability to safely load, transport, and unload packages of varying sizes.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned routes.

Previous experience in package delivery, courier services, logistics, or last-mile delivery is preferred.

No CDL required.
