Your mission: To provide efficient, confidential and professional customer service, administrative clerical support, and invoicing in support of Hiab Services.

Key responsibilities: Maintain daily invoicing in line with relevant customer requirements, and investigate billing issues, process credits and rebills. Process expense reports for technicians in area of responsibility. Open, receive, and process purchase orders with View email address on click.appcast.io. Collaborate with Service Team Leads on open orders and PMs in preparation for invoicing. Request equipment adds & partner function updates as necessary to support the service business in assigned region. Provide support in responding to customer surveys in Salesforce.

What we are looking for: High School diploma or equivalent required, 3+ years customer service experience, Accounts Payable (Basware) SAP experience is a plus, exceptional attention to details while exhibiting excellent data entry skills, process-oriented and able to multi-task.
