Job Full Description We are hiring for a Hospitality Front Desk Receptionist with prior Hotel Experience that includesusing hotel system software. Must be able to work Friday to Tuesday with a rotating schedule of 7AM - 3PM on some days and 3PM - 11PM on alternate days. Weekends are required . Located in Apex. The ideal candidate will have previousfront desk Hotel experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with management, housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain cash handling accuracy.
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow company policies and hospitality standards at all times.
- Previous hospitality, hotel front desk experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and reservation systems.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Cash handling experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and phone usage.
