Kitchen Manager will have oversite of all kitchen operations for their concept of All In Hospitality Group. They will work directly with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to ensure concept success, profitability, guest relations, culture, food and beverage development, education, coaching and mentorship. Areas of Focus Provide extraordinary customer service during all volume styles of business Handling take-out orders and running food to guest tables Bringing salesmanship opportunities to each guest interaction Managing expo windows with a focus on food quality, ticket time management and accuracy Being a "menu expert" and be able to educate guests on our bar and food menus effectively Excelling with time management and steps of service Assist with maintaining clean and well-stocked areas during service, including pre-bussing Setting up the restaurant for success daily Requirements Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the restaurant Detailed oriented Having a positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude Must be, or willing to be, TIPS certified (or equivalent), with a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local regulations Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence Strong belief in a professional and ethical approach to guest services Reports To: General Manager Pay: Hourly + Tips Hours: Part Time & Full Time Available This job profile does not contain a comprehensive listing of all required activities, duties, or responsibilities.
