Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of recent acute-care experience in providing radiologic services to:

• Emergency Department patients
• Inpatient individuals
• Outpatient clients
• Operating Room patients

To be considered, candidates must have:

• An active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license
• Current ARRT certification
• Current BLS certification (preferred)
• A QuantiFERON-TB Gold or T-SPOT test completed within the last year
• Documentation of MMR and Varicella immunity through positive titers or vaccination records
• A physical examination completed within the past year

• Conduct diagnostic radiographic procedures as per physician orders and facility protocols
• Generate precise, high-quality diagnostic images
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity throughout each procedure
• Effectively operate and maintain radiologic equipment
• Adhere to radiation-safety standards and infection-control protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
• Accurately document procedures and patient information
• Deliver professional, compassionate care in a dynamic acute-care setting
