Apartment Maintenance Technician

Overview Maintenance Technician — Clarksville, Indiana Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our winning team at the Olde Towne Village Apartments in Clarksville, IN. We are offering $21- to $24 per hour plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off.
