Brisky Mop Cleaning Co., LLC is a growing cleaning company providing professional cleaning services to residential clients, apartment communities, Airbnb/property managers, and local businesses.

We are building a scalable company focused on reliable service, strong customer relationships, operational excellence, and a dependable network of cleaning professionals.

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Business Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the continued growth of our commercial client base and cleaning professional network, while also contributing to our marketing and brand presence.

Position Summary

The Business Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist will support company growth primarily through commercial business development, lead generation, relationship building, and subcontractor recruiting .

The role also includes supporting Brisky Mop's social-media and marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, generate leads, support recruiting, and strengthen relationships within the local business community.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, professional, comfortable with outreach, and able to work independently while following company processes and standards.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Development & Commercial Sales

• Research and identify qualified commercial prospects and business opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through approved channels
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.
• Identify customer needs and communicate Brisky Mop's services and value appropriately.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and opportunities.
• Schedule qualified appointments, walkthroughs, estimates, and other sales opportunities.
• Support the sales process from initial contact through proposal and client acquisition.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM.
• Track outreach, conversations, appointments, opportunities, and results.
• Maintain a consistent weekly lead-generation and sales pipeline.
• Identify new lead sources, partnerships, networking opportunities, and business-development strategies.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving sales processes, messaging, and lead generation.

Subcontractor Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Support the development of a qualified and dependable network of cleaning subcontractors.
• Identify potential subcontractor candidates through approved recruiting channels and sources.
• Review applicants and conduct initial screening as authorized.
• Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews or next steps.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
• Support the onboarding process for approved subcontractors.
• Maintain an active recruiting pipeline to support current and future business demand.
• Help identify new recruiting sources and opportunities.
• Build relationships with reliable cleaning professionals and help maintain an adequate pool of available subcontractors as the company grows.

Marketing & Brand Support

Marketing is a supporting responsibility of the position and should contribute to business development, recruiting, and overall brand awareness.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain a consistent social-media presence.
• Create or coordinate approved content.
• Support marketing efforts that generate awareness, engagement, leads, referrals, and recruiting interest.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, business development, relationship management, or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and confident communication style.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach, relationship building, and follow-up.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently while following company processes and standards.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM, recruiting, communication, and other online systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Prior experience in the cleaning, property management, hospitality, real estate, or related industries is a plus.

Remote Work Requirements

This is primarily a remote position. Employees must have:

• Reliable internet connection.
• Computer/laptop capable of completing job responsibilities.
• Working phone
• Ability to communicate professionally by phone, email, and online systems.
• Ability to manage assigned responsibilities independently.
• A professional and appropriate remote work environment.

Travel Requirements

This is primarily a remote position. Occasional local travel within the Memphis area may be required for approved:

• Business-development activities
• Networking events
• Recruiting activities
• Client meetings
• Other company-approved business activities

Travel is expected to be limited and based on business needs.

Employees must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and required automobile insurance.

Additional Responsibilities

As a growing company, responsibilities may evolve as business needs change. The employee may be asked to support related business-development, recruiting, marketing, administrative, or operational initiatives when reasonably related to the position and company needs.

Compensation

$16–$25 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance incentives.
