They must possess a technical mindset and demonstrate strong mechanical capabilities, while being flexible and adaptable as they will be required to rotate job assignments throughout various areas of the bakery. Industrial Maintenance Technicians must have the aptitude and drive to seek and acquire on-going training due to ever evolving technological improvements and performance standards.Rising to the Challenge: Position ResponsibilitiesLearn and demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, and general shop practicesPerform proper component lubrication and assist with preventive maintenance, as neededPractice learned knowledge of environmental and maintenance programsMaintain clean and safe work environmentPractice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)Perform other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and proceduresPossess or attain licenses required by their respective municipal, county/ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and various other job-related equipmentKnead to Know: Preferred QualificationsExperience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related fieldAdditional Ingredients: Essential Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
