The Branch Relationship Banker plays a key role in delivering comprehensive financial services and cultivating long-term client relationships to support branch success.Essential Functions:Delivers comprehensive banking services to new and existing clients, maintaining a primary focus on proactive sales and exceptional service.Manages new account openings, consumer loan origination, and client service requests with efficiency and accuracy.Resolves complex client inquiries and concerns promptly through direct personal action or strategic internal referrals.Recommends appropriate banking products and services, including commercial lending solutions, to expand client relationships.Executes cash transactions, opens or updates accounts, and originates and closes consumer or small business loans.Cultivates and maintains robust client relationships by delivering personalized service tailored to individual financial needs.You may be reassigned to an alternate location depending on business needs within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) and given proper notice.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years experience in sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing or other directly related experience.
