Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Schedule: MUST WORK Orientation July 8th and work 8a-4pm on July 9th and 10th
• Job Setting: Hospital
• Types of Cases: General Anesthesia (Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, Trauma), Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical cases (Head, Spine), Open Heart Anesthesia, Thoracic cases (except open heart), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, Pain management techniques, Post-op epidural, Post-op extremity blocks, Epidural steroid for Lumbar and Cervical, Transforaminal (Lumbar, Cervical), Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks
• Credentialing: Must submit credentialing documents 7 days after acceptance. MUST BE ENROLLED IN PCF. CAQH Questionnaire must be completed. Provider must live 90+ miles from facility

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible minimum; Board Certified required
• Certifications: ATLS, PALS, Ventilation management (Required), Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues (Required), Central Line placement (Required), Arterial Line placement (Required), PA Catheter placement (Required), CRNA supervision (Required)
• Licensure: Active license mandatory
