Alpharus Health seeks a Residential Substance Use Counselor to join our Lake Villa facility. You will prepare and facilitate group counseling, conduct individual crises intervention, document progress, and support client safety. You’ll monitor activities, enforce house rules, and coordinate transportation and appointments as part of a collaborative treatment team.
