We’re a small, established mens grooming shop in North Austin with a loyal clientele and a strong reputation built over time.
Our space is refined, relaxed, and intentionally low drama. It’s the kind of environment where people take their work seriously, show up consistently, and respect each other, without the chaos you find in bigger or more corporate shops. We’re looking for the right addition to a tight-knit team, someone who wants stability, professionalism, and an elevated work environment. --- What it’s like to work here: • Structured schedule (full-time is typically 4 days)• Strong focus on client retention and pre-booking
• No receptionist, you manage your own clients and communication
• Loyal, long-term clientele (many clients have been with us 10+ years)
• Small team, no drama, professional environment
• Refined, comfortable space with a luxury feel --- Details: • Commission-based (50% services, 17% retail)
• Located in Rosedale (North Austin) with easy street parking
• Focus on precision haircuts, beard work, and elevated client experience --- Who this is a good fit for: • You’re confident in mens cutting clippers + shears
