Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) completed or in progress
• Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessment, intervention, and therapy for a diverse caseload of pediatric students
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of student services and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
