Salary: $88,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent experience considered
At least two years of programming or systems analysis experience required
Up-to-date knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, programming languages, and testing techniques required
Familiarity with systems design and analysis methods necessary
Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a diverse audience required
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional training and education in systems and insurance required
Experience with Farm Bureau or similar organizations in information technology is preferred

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and implement new integration services between enterprise systems and third-party services using a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Design, develop, test, and implement computer applications of varying sizes and complexities
Provide assistance with task estimation, planning, and project task breakdown
