Project Oversight Manage multiple active construction projects from pre-construction to final completion Develop and maintain detailed project schedules Ensure all phases of construction are executed according to plan Team & Subcontractor Management Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Maintain strong relationships and enforce accountability on job sites Conduct regular site visits and progress inspections Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during construction Provide consistent updates and manage expectations Resolve issues proactively and professionally Budget & Financial Control Track project budgets and manage costs Review and approve invoices, change orders, and purchase orders Identify potential cost overruns early and implement solutions Systems & Process Management Utilize Buildertrend for scheduling, communication, and project tracking Ensure all project data, selections, and updates are properly logged Maintain organized documentation and reporting Quality Control Ensure workmanship meets company standards Perform regular quality checks and final walkthroughs Address punch list items efficiently #J-18808-Ljbffr
