CNC Operator – Haas Mills | $25-28/hr | Weekly Pay

Job Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join a tight‑knit, collaborative shop. You’ll be running CNC Haas Mills on a flexible 1st shift schedule (6:00 AM–2:30 PM), working a steady 40 hours per week. If you enjoy a hands-on role, value teamwork, and want to be part of a relaxed but productive environment, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC Haas Mills with precision and efficiency
• Collaborate with teammates across the shop to keep work flowing smoothly
• Assist with assembly, bagging, and packaging of finished parts
• Support general shop operations as needed
• Bring a positive, team-first attitude every day

What We’re Looking For

• Solid CNC operating experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to jump in and help where needed

Nice to Have

• Experience with mills and/or lathes (not required)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis Park, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
