ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A physician-led healthcare organization innovating in value-based care is seeking a Primary Care / Family Medicine physician to serve as Regional Medical Director over two New Braunfels, Texas clinics. The parent organization operates more than 40 clinics and employs over 1,100 professionals; its practices deliver chronic disease treatment and management, women's health, wellness, urgent care, managed care, and workers' compensation services.

The New Braunfels clinics were founded by a practicing physician and joined the organization in 2022. The founder continues to practice and lead there. The clinic is growing and actively adding to its provider team — this position sits alongside an expanding specialty presence, including on-site neurology.

Beyond the exam room, the organization invests in public health education, community outreach, and philanthropic work, and is committed to professional development and advancement for its physicians.

WHAT YOU NEED

REQUIRED

•  MD/DO — this position is open to MD/DO candidates only

•  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or other Primary Care specialty

•  Active Texas medical license, or eligibility to obtain one

Bilingual skills are not required for this position.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
