Schedule: Night Shift; 6:45 PM 7:15 AM; 3x12-Hour Shifts

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nursery / NICU for a 13-week contract opportunity in Mount Vernon, Washington. This night-shift position supports neonatal and nursery nursing services and requires current neonatal-specific certifications.

The RN must be flexible to float between affiliated locations based on staffing and patient-care needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned neonatal and nursery patients within demonstrated clinical competency.

• Assess and monitor patients and promptly communicate significant changes in clinical condition.

• Implement prescribed nursing interventions and support safe, patient-centered neonatal care.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and float between affiliated locations as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years of Recent Nursery, Neonatal, or NICU Registered Nurse Experience Required.

• Current, Active Registered Nurse License Required; Applicable Washington Practice Requirements Must Be Met Before Start.

• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification Required.

• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification Required.

• Current STABLE Certification Required; Ability to Work 3x12-Hour Night Shifts and Float Between Affiliated Locations as Needed.
