Personal Assistant We need a dedicated Personal Assistant to support clients directly by managing daily administration, calendar management, travel arrangements, and project coordination. Responsibilities Act as the client’s go‑to person for all needs. Provide daily administrative support and make decisions in the client’s absence. Manage a high‑volume travel schedule and coordinate travel arrangements. Draft letters, documents, and presentations; research and route correspondence. Coordinate projects by capturing timelines, strategies, and delivering progress updates. Prepare meeting rooms, coordinate schedules, and greet visitors before appointments. Record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes. Serve as the client’s spokesperson on all matters.
