Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, preferably in a commercial setting. Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively. Must have valid General Liability Insurance for your business Must agree to a service agreement before obtaining contracts/ jobs Preferred Qualifications: Certification in cleaning techniques and safety procedures. Experience with specialized cleaning equipment or chemicals. Have Workers Compensation Insurance. Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in assigned areas. Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
