Ellie Mental Health – Ashburn is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, creative, and authentic Outpatient Mental Health Therapists to join our team. At Ellie, we believe therapy should feel human—for our clients and our clinicians. We're looking for therapists who enjoy providing high-quality outpatient mental health services and want to grow with a collaborative practice. Have a specialty? Bring it with you! Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)

What You'll Need

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or another qualifying behavioral health field
• Virginia clinical license or eligible provisional/resident/supervisee status, as applicable
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse client population
• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care
• Experience in outpatient mental health is preferred.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
