Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services including evaluations and re-evaluations at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic conditions (total joints, rotator cuff, joint pain), neurological conditions (TBI, stroke), and chronic pain (low back and cervical)
• Utilize standard outpatient therapy equipment, including access to a connected fitness center and pool
• Document patient care and progress using the Meditech EHR system
• Maintain valid Ohio Physical Therapist license throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program
• Valid Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Minimum 1 year of experience; new graduates are not eligible for this position
• Ohio is not a compact-eligible state for this assignment; a state-specific license is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating orthopedic and neurological patient populations
• Familiarity with Meditech or similar EHR platforms
