Semiconductor Product Operations Engineer, Raxium

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on post-wafer processing, dicing, or sub-assembly builds. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in configuring and navigating standard operations systems (MES/PLM) to establish manufacturing routes and sequences. Strong background in data analytics (SQL, Python, JMP, or Tableau) with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and trend identification. Ability to author high-fidelity Work Instructions (WIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a technical audience.
