Requirements

 

Must have 2 years of L&D experience in a level 1 trauma setting and at least 2 years of travel experience.

Required Skills & Experience:
-Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures.
-Ability to organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques.
-Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
-Some computer skills.

Required Education:
-Associate's Degree from an accredited school of nursing required.

Preferred Education:
-BSN OR MSN from an accredited program.

Required Certifications & Licensure: 
-Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
-BLS.
-ACLS (American Heart Association).
-Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certificate.
-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advance Provider OR Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructor.
