Business Analyst - Mid-Level (3-5 Years)

Job Title

This resource will help the Digital Services Product team advance the Product Management and Technology delivery across the project work stream for retail alternative investments. This project is heavy on integrations across internal and external systems, as well, the project and product have an increasing set of reporting enhancements and requirements as the project progresses through additional phases of enhancement, build and deployment.

Ability to translate business requirements to tech requirements, experience w/AGILE, ability to evaluate and define highly complex systems, finance industry experience a PLUS

Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in organizing and driving work on strategic initiatives within the Digital Services, Digital Wealth Product team. Core responsibilities include partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology leads on requirements analysis, participating and facilitating key Agile Scrum meetings, partnering with critical business and IT stakeholders to ensure milestones are on track, and critical deliverables are met. You will be a liaison between business partners, product and technology teams, partnering closely with the technology leads across multiple applications to understand project and application strategy as well as drive sequencing and delivery of solutions.
