Contract Corporate Recruiter

Key Responsibilities Manage a concurrent requisition load of 10-15 roles during peak seasons Lead full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, stakeholder communication, and offer management Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to drive hiring strategy and workforce planning Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for current and future needs Provide market insights and strategic guidance to hiring managers Take a proactive, strategic approach to identifying an engaging top-tier talent through innovative sourcing methods Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and strong conversion rates Skills & Experience 6+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in house) Proven success in corporate recruiting across multiple functions- especially technology, marketing, or HR Strong sourcing skills and a passion for talent discovery Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- experience with executives is a plus Comfortable working independently and managing own day-to-day operations Experience with ATS systems; Oracle is highly preferred Nice to Have Skills & Experience Restaurant or Food industry experience Executive placement Global/ international recruitment experience Compensation: $30/hr to $45/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
