Continuous Improvement Lead

Our retail client is seeking an experienced CoE Lead to build and stand up a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Excellence Center of Excellence from the ground up. This is a true builder role with executive support—focused on defining SIAM standards, governance, playbooks, and training, and ensuring a seamless handoff to a permanent team. Pay Rate Range – $80‑85/HR on W2 (NO C2C). Responsibilities Define the CoE vision, operating model, and governance structure Develop SIAM standards, playbooks, and best practices Build templates, tools, and reusable assets Design and deliver training and onboarding programs Conduct maturity assessments and roadmap planning Lead documentation and knowledge transfer for long-term sustainability Required Qualifications 10+ years in consulting or enterprise environments, building CoEs or similar functions Experience with MSP/vendor governance and multi-provider ecosystems Strong instructional design, training, and facilitation skills Ability to operate independently and deliver end-to-end ITIL, PMP or similar a plus If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
