Love Helping People? Join Sanel NAPA as an Automotive Parts Specialist and become a trusted resource for our retail and commercial customers. You'll help customers find the right parts, learn the automotive parts business, and work alongside a team that keeps customers and vehicles moving. What You'll Do Help retail and commercial customers at the counter and over the phone Use computer systems and parts catalogs to identify and recommend the right parts Process sales and handle cash and card transactions Support special orders and inventory activities Provide occasional backup support for deliveries as needed Work with your team to solve customer needs Keep the store organized, stocked, and customer-ready Follow safety procedures and participate in safety huddles What We're Looking For Automotive knowledge or a willingness to learn Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Reliable team player who can work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and stay organized High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history Must be at least 18 years old Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift and move parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
