No previous management experience is required! This is an entry-level management development opportunity designed for individuals who want to learn sales operations from the ground up and work toward leadership responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Learn and execute direct sales strategies to support customer acquisition initiatives.
• Represent telecommunications products and services through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Develop strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Assist with coordinating retail sales campaigns, promotional events, and market development activities.
• Work alongside experienced managers to understand sales operations and team performance.
• Participate in leadership training focused on coaching, team development, and business management.
• Monitor individual sales performance and learn how to evaluate key performance indicators.
• Support the onboarding and training of new sales representatives as responsibilities increase.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve sales objectives and improve customer engagement.
• Gain exposure to recruiting, business operations, territory development, and market expansion.
