Share ideas, methods and approaches with staff and design team members through mentoringParticipates in project programming activitiesTrains and supports project teams to understand customer and regulatory expectations throughout the project life cycleEnsures that designs are consistent with industry-accepted practice, leading edge technologies and special client preferred featuresActively trains and mentors staff on BLS design issues, lessons learned and best practicesSupports the strategic direction of Biopharma Life Sciences Facilities Businesses Development group by identifying project delivery differentiators and value added propositions to gain competitive advantageSupports client account managers and business development managers in positioning and developing clients and projects in Americas regionPlans, organizes, and administers program activities to support the needs of our clientsMaintains contact with past project clients to develop leads and show interest in maintaining a relationshipCoordinates project team for proposal effort, strategy, and budgetProvides pre-sales support to evaluate project feasibility and develops preliminary designs to support sales efforts and project bidsStrengthens the company’s ability to compete for a wide range of project types in the field of Biopharma Life Sciences Facilities Leverage project experience to strengthen the company’s project portfolio in the Americas regionOther duties as assignedShow your expertiseProfessional Experience & EducationEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field requiredMaster’s degree and/or PHD preferred10+ years of experiencePreferredExperience in a technology assessment role (trends, opportunities, challenges) within high-tech industry environmentExperience implementing new technical initiatives within the organization with demonstrated ROI impact Prior experience working in Biopharma Life Sciences facilities in any of the following roles: technology, operations, supply chain, capital equipment, or facilities planningCustomer service experience.
