ABA Therapist (RBT) - Part-Time/Per Diem
Job Summary:
Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist (BT) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, we are committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. As an ABA Therapist (BT), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices. This part-time/per diem position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of clinicians.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients' families and other professionals
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices and improve clinical skills
Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and client progress

Requirements:
RBT certification is preferred but not required
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs strongly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Familiarity with ABA principles and evidence-based practices
