What You’ll Do: Coordinate day‑to‑day field activities across active project sites. Work directly with field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule. Support planning, scheduling, procurement, and project documentation. Serve as a professional client‑facing representative on job sites. Review drawings, specs, and mechanical system installation requirements. Attend weekly in‑office meetings. Who We’re Looking For: 0–7 years of experience in mechanical construction or related fields. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred . Open to fresh graduates or junior‑level PM/Assistant PM candidates. Familiarity with HVAC/mechanical systems. Procore experience is a strong plus. Strong organization, communication, and follow‑through. Adaptable, solution‑oriented, and enjoys collaborating with field teams.
