Termite Technician

Role Overview Termite Technicians perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices. They identify customers' termite problems, understand termite behaviors, and determine remedial steps. They communicate critical conditions to customers, discuss procedures, and recommend structural modifications as needed. They enter and exit structures and crawl spaces, climb and traverse stairs and ladders, and operate application and inspection equipment, hand tools, and power drills. They tolerate varied environmental conditions and maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, good working order. Responsibilities Identify termite problems and apply treatment plans. Communicate termite activity risks to customers and provide recommendations. Enter structures and crawl spaces, climb stairs and use ladders. Operate inspection and treatment equipment, including power tools. Tolerate diverse environmental conditions. Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and functionality. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least 2 years of customer service experience; termite control experience a plus. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Flexibility with working hours, including Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed. Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses and certificates. Valid driver's license from state of residence.
