Job Description:

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse General Labor Associates to support operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment located in the Somerset, NJ area. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities/Respabilidades Principales

• Pick and pack food products accurately/Preparar y empacar productos de alimentos con precisin.
• Palletize products for shipment/Paletizar productos para envo.
• Check expiration dates and product quality/Verificar fechas de vencimiento y calidad del producto.
• Follow food safety standards (GMP, HACCP)/Cumplir con normas de seguridad alimentaria (GMP, HACCP).
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards/Mantener limpieza y normas de higiene.
• Rotate inventory (FIFO First In, First Out)/Rotar inventario (FIFO Primero en entrar, primero en salir).
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned/Realizar otras tareas generales segn sea necesario.

Qualifications/Requisitos

• Previous warehouse or food production experience preferred/Experiencia previa en almacn o produccin de alimentos (preferida).
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts/Capacidad para trabajar turnos de 12 horas.
• Strong attention to detail/Atencin al detalle.
• Team player with good attendance/Trabajo en equipo y buena asistencia.

• Fast-paced work environment/Ambiente de trabajo rpido y exigente.
• Exposure to hot and cold conditions/Exposicin a temperaturas fras y calientes.

Schedule/Horario

• 12-hour shifts/Turnos de 12 horas.
• Day shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM.
• Night shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM.
• Pay rate: $15.92 per hour; $23.24 per hour for overtime.
