We are launching localized, face-to-face promotional marketing campaigns and pop-up events all over the Arch City—from Short North to Easton. Here is a transparent look at what your career trajectory and daily routine will look like with us.

Your Growth Timeline: The First Year

Months 1 to 3: The Foundations

Phase 1

You will master front-line operations. You'll learn consumer psychology, face-to-face presentation mastery, and brand compliance guidelines by working directly at our active campaign events.

Months 4 to 6: Team Coaching

Phase 2

Once you crush your baseline goals, you cross-train into leadership. You will begin guiding newer team members, running morning strategy meetings, and overseeing small-scale event territory.

Months 7 to 12: Assistant Management

Phase 3

You take the reins of client relationships. You will step behind the scenes to learn market analysis, campaign budgeting, talent acquisition, and complete event logistics planning.

A Day in Your Life (What You'll Actually Do)

8:30 AM — The Morning Huddle: You gather at our central Columbus office with the team. We talk strategy, look over campaign targets, run public speaking workshops, and get high-energy training on our clients' latest portfolios.

11:00 AM — Campaign Setup: You and your event team head on-site to our localized marketing footprint. You ensure visual branding is immaculate and everything is structurally ready to launch.

12:00 PM to 4:00 PM — Face-to-Face Execution: The peak rush. You engage directly with consumers, generating brand awareness, answering product inquiries, executing targeted promotional pitches, and building customer acquisition pipelines.

4:30 PM — Wrap Up & Analysis: You head back to the office to log campaign metrics, track consumer reach, debrief with the Campaign Director, and prep for tomorrow's market expansion.
