We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing corporate housing team. In this role, you'll work with clients who need furnished housing solutions for business travel, employee relocation, insurance claims, and other temporary housing needs. You'll guide customers through the process, recommend the best housing options, and help them find the right solution for their unique situation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative sales, customer service, hospitality, leasing, staffing, or relationship-based selling.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound leads from phone calls, website inquiries, client portals, and referrals
• Learn about each client's needs and recommend appropriate furnished housing solutions
• Build relationships with clients and provide exceptional service throughout the booking process
• Prepare quotes, answer questions, and guide clients toward booking decisions
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through additional services and amenities
• Manage customer activity and sales opportunities within CRM and reservation systems
• Coordinate accurate property information across client-facing platforms
• Maintain organized records and follow up promptly with prospective and current clients
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to team growth objectives

Compensation & Benefits

• $18-$21 per hour, paid weekly + monthly commission
• Most successful team members earn $55,000-$60,000 annually with top performers earning more
• Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
