Job Summary We are seeking a highly-motivated, dependable, and organized Clinical Staff Pharmacist to join our small but mighty team. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong work ethic to thrive in a dynamic startup environment. Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently prepare, dispense, and manage medication therapies for home infusion and specialty pharmacy patients Conduct thorough medication therapy management and clinical reviews for all patients Provide drug information and education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including the ordering and receiving of medications and supplies Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth of the pharmacy Mentor and supervise support staff, as needed Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing At least 1 year of experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or a related field preferred Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in electronic health records and pharmacy software Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong work ethic Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits We provide a competitive salary, balanced lifestyle, flexible hours, and a supportive work environment.
