Registered Nurse - NICU

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the NICU with expertise in managing neonates of all gestational ages in a Level 3 NICU setting. The unit features a capacity of 28 beds with an average census of 13-16, focusing on patients with conditions such as low birth weight and requiring high-frequency ventilation, among other care protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonates.
• Manage ventilation, IV starts, chest tubes, and med titration.
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation efforts as needed.

Requirements:

• BLS, NRP, PALS certifications required; STABLE preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with South Dakota Board of Nursing approval.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience; first-time travelers must have 2+ years of experience.
