Service Advisor - AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas

Position Overview As a Service Advisor, you’ll be part of a nationwide team servicing 20,000 cars a day and building customer loyalty that spans generations. You will serve as a liaison between Service Technicians and customers, explaining recommendations in easy‑to‑understand language and suggesting up‑sell opportunities to keep vehicles safe. What Will You Do Every Day? Set, confirm, and prepare appointments with customers to ensure a great service experience. Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and the targeted customer satisfaction index. Greet customers warmly upon arrival. Determine vehicle needs through customer information, walk‑around inspections, and test drives. Use a consultative selling process to assist customers with ongoing maintenance planning. Create repair orders with cost and time estimates, providing full transparency. Communicate with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion. Follow up on vehicle status and customer satisfaction. Develop superior product knowledge to aid customers. Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to set and achieve targeted goals. Prior sales experience preferred but not required. Willingness to follow up with customers. Experience and interest in using technology. Valid in‑state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record. Compensation Commission based pay, averaging between $4,000 and $7,000 per month.
