Marketing Project ManagerIbotta is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. Reporting directly to the Head of Demand Generation B2B Marketing, you will be at the epicenter of all cross-functional work that brings brand and demand generation campaigns and events to life.This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States. Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one.What you will be doing:Plan, execute, and complete cross-functional projects, including department-level planning, visibility, and day-to-day task management for the Business Marketing organizationReview and audit current project management systems to make software and process recommendations; implement changesLeverage approved AI solutions to streamline processes and reportingProactively anticipate and identify upcoming project risks or opportunities, managing them effectively to ensure steady progress.Lead meetings, assign explicit action items, and manage follow-upsDeliver consistent progress and status updates to project stakeholdersManage any competing and/or conflicting demands within project teams to maintain forward project momentumLead effective project reviews and retrospectives to gather feedback, implement issue detection processes, and take action to make improvementsLeverage partnerships with stakeholders at all levels of the business and apply creative problem-solving techniques to identify and collaboratively solve important and complex business issuesEmbrace and uphold Ibotta's Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency & A Good Idea can come from AnywhereWhat we are looking for:3+ years experience as a project manager in a fast-paced marketing department, advertising agency or related fieldDemonstrated proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, or similar system preferredExceptional time management skills and ability to quickly shift from one project to anotherProven capabilities around complex process mappingAbility to be self-directed and perform at a high level in a dynamic environmentProven stakeholder management skills, with ability to manage expectations and resourcingExcellent written and verbal communicationAbout Ibotta ("I bought a...")Ibotta (NYSE: IBTA) is a leading performance marketing platform allowing brands to deliver digital promotions to over 200 million consumers through a network of publishers called the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN). Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.Base compensation range: $83,000 - $96,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package.
