The Role: VP Product Marketing

Hybrid Schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

Location: Austin, TX

We need a VP Product Marketing to build and lead our marketing function. You will own strategy and execution across our SMB-focused healthcare marketplace and new AI products: demand generation to healthcare professionals, brand positioning, managing a small team (3-7 people), and driving measurable ROI across paid media, partnerships, events, referrals, and content.

• A high-performing team of marketers executing across multiple channels
• Predictable pipeline and revenue contribution to healthcare professionals (SMB GTM motion)
• Clear ownership of marketing KPIs: CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, channel ROI
• Successful launch and scaling of AI-powered products
• Quantifiable impact at every marketing function you own

Who We're Looking For

• 6-10 years of marketing leadership in B2B fast-growth startups (marketplace or SaaS preferred)
• Direct ownership of selling to SMBs (healthcare providers, small businesses - not enterprise)
• Daily hands-on user of AI for internal marketing operations and campaign execution
• Strong data mentality: an owner of KPIs, analytics, and able to quantify your impact at every role
• Experience managing small teams (<10 people), not large departments
• Tactical expertise across paid media, partnerships, events, referrals, brand, and content marketing (and the ability to coach others on it)
